Anyone notice the excessive hiring of management at Corporate? Seems they are getting top heavy. Is there no balance checks in place?

I actually liked Arkansas but I have older parents and had been with the company for thirty years and it’s over nine hundred miles back home so I decided to do something else.
They’ve actually been cutting managers and jobs overall in Bentonville pretty severely.
@TiNM0jD-liz More details please! Did you end up leaving WM or stay on at a different location? What made you not like Arkansas?
Not over hiring. Some of the new managers you see are displaced and moved to Bentonville. I was one of them but changed my mind at the last minute because I did not want to live in Arkansas after I visited.
