Strong rumors. Thats all. But it sure looks likely. After all, its vulnerable target to save some $$ and boost $earnings by 'one time events' right ?
Rumors only. Qc doesn't have a clue, since leadership is only trying to save their own a$$es. Good luck on trying to selloff the location since Kalifornia almost prohibits this activity nowdays. There are 2 other qualified turn-keys just down the road also, so this would be a losing sell. No, they'll simply move the workers under ManPower contract agency and call it a "successful change".
