Also an Analytics & Reporting Manager. Any leader who questions the poor leadership of their senior leaders (Director and above) gets the axe. Either comply with the regime and agree with their every tactic, or face unemployment very quickly.
Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, faculty recruiter, two people that I know of from learning and development were laid off too.
Claimed it was due to reorg as they look at what they need for now that they will be transitioning to OPM.
I have a feeling these won’t be the last.
I would not be surprised if they will backfill those positions in the next 6 months.
They use these layoffs as a way to get rid of the seasoned employees. A big part of the people in HR who have been laid off in the last 3 layoffs were in their roles for at least 5-6 years
