There will be cuts due to the merging of RBU and MCBU. And don't think that you are immune if you aren't in these BUs, there will be a trickle down effect as hi-pots are moved to other teams. Previously announced moves out of these groups are currently on hold and will not be executed until the needed cuts to the L48 G&A are made.

Chevron is finally making good on cuts from the recommendations BCG gave them (Google "Chevron set to axe 400 jobs"). Sounds like COP is starting on the path to do the same from the info on this site, but my guess is this will impact way more than L48; the cuts that were postponed because of Hurricane Harvey will happen soon. And they better, or else COP paid BCG millions of dollars for nothing!
