Does anybody understand who is doing what in SIS and SWT? So many managers and "advisory roles" with absolutely ridiculous job titles and no clear responsibilities whatsoever. It feels like working at the Department of Motor Vehicles now... The new way of working?

SIS is now filled with superficial, incompetent managers who have no clue of what customers are doing and why they are indeed paying to buy software. the incompetent folks are busy creating marketing slides, presentations but fail to produce any tangible value which clients would be willing to pay.
delfi has not sold to anyone yet and no one even knows what it is except just a skin on an old software...SIS has been destroyed by the dump of people coming from DCS and other segments who are trying to manage software business they have no clue about.

Game is over for the ambitious plan 5 years ago, finally the naive and candid boy starts questioning the new emperor clothes—SWT.
SWT is the clowning glory of SIS. With SIS focussed on software sales and SWT merely jazzing up the screens, productivity at SWT today is a fraction of what SIS was capable of many years ago! But then all the good people from SIS have left and those remaining continue to fund the world's worst software company called SWT.
This is just matter of time, Paul or any other CEO will clean these up, current management believes sis will function better as a business unit under WG.
lol... so true... run away from these to end up in another orgchart that doesnt make any more sense... no one understands thw orgchart ... no one understands delfi... no one understands the platforms... we surely need a lot of “advisors” to make more sense in that huge mess...
