The repair turn around for all services has gone from bad to absolutely ridiculous! Hear me again people " for all services" ....sooooooooo eventually customers LEAVE. The support s---s! On top of that the employee moral is at an all time LOW! REIT has not been successful on the consumer side. What is the real story behind UNITI.....and why is TT still at the helm...because HIS severence package could possibly put Windstream out of business....It does take a rocket scientist to figure this out....LASTLY and even more pitiful is l think all this is being done on PURPOSE!!!!!

I didn’t realize that it had been good. A lot of the technicians I talk to just try to downgrade customers instead of finding the trouble. When I refuse to downgrade them, they hang up and call back in until they get someone more passive that won’t argue with them and just downgrades them too. We treat our customers like sh--.

Morale is also the lowest of any company I have ever been employed. Luckily only Directors and above (still getting raises and bonuses in 2018) perform all the work at this company. They just keep the rest of us to take up space. Lucky in the sense that the rest of us just don't care and have to work on side hustles (Uber driver, AirBnB landlords and dumpster diving) to pay the bills.

Now I'm not so sure I can trust your information. Tinfoil hasn't been produced for decades. You provided a link to aluminum foil. I think you've been compromised. If there is any human left in you and not just koolaid - please, do the right thing and seek help. Any career guidance councilor should be able to help you with your decision matrix and, most importantly, how to avoid working for companies like Windstream.
You will want to go with the food service gauge 18" Reynolds heavy duty. Costs a little extra but well worth it.
