Fully agree, there is a lot of waste in senior leadership that needs to be slashed. This is where the focus should be...
I love the corporate title of “transform.” Don’t let corporate America and PepsiCo make you believe that.
The correct leadership would’ve phased out unnecessary senior leadership and “transformed” the business incrementally instead of all this needless BS most people are currently dealing with.

Among the AMENA functions, only R&D has seen reorg. Other functions will be pruned in the coming days. I can tell you, everybody is sh-- scared about this. And those overpaid directors and SR directors know that the party is now open for them.

I got layed off in February after 20 years and 4 months later i am realizing that it’s the best thing that ever happened To me. I am at a new company and in this new environment, looking back you realize even more how toxic the Pepsico environment really is. Don’t be afraid, there is a better life out there for you once Pepsico is out of it
