They've normally replied within minutes since last year. They have not answered my emails for like 2 days now.

Keep in mind, FairEmp is a small team. They are probably on vacation or working on setting up a website. The email-only referral approach still overwhelmed them according to the friend who originally referred me to them last year. He mentioned that a submissions website was in plans for this summer.
Here is a thought. If you already have one, try including your case# in the subject line. That's what they indicated I should do last year. Unfortunately, my situation was not one they could help much with but I loved their approach and eagerness to assist.
