Can we have a nice big round of layoffs that's gonna affect HR and HR only? And by that I mean every single person there?
Has HR ever actually help somebody who turn to them with a complaint? One single employee? I'm pretty sure the answer is no.

Why few guys have all the fun, these HR cannot do any thing meaningful atleast can give every one chance to bang when needed.

when manager threatens you and still HR cant do anything, then you must learn lesson. Make managers life hell and still HR cant do anything. Think positive to get positive. you have same rights as employee to make your boss's life hell if HR is useless.
Ditto what @TTA663t-pxh has said. As an employee, asking HR for help is akin to asking the other party's lawyer for advice when you're in court.
