Anyone who complains on this website then go to your leadership and give the suggestion for improvement. If all you do is complain then you are 4 yr old. Go get a new job. State Farm made a mistake in hiring you in the first place.

All AFS briefings are not uncommon. I would not worry. With that being said, while I would not worry about this briefing, I would not consider any position in the company safe.

They are not getting rid of AFS.This is when they have their annual conference. No drama folks. I am tired of employees complaining to a website and if you are unhappy then go find a job with your skills you developed at State Farm. Or go into Agency and you control your destination.
