With the way GE is running things maybe its bettet that wabtec is taking over GE transportation but i don't think they want an old outdated plant like GE transportation in Erie.

That's like the old outdated plant in Greenville. If Power is sold soon, the buyer would have to deal with shutting this place down and cleaning up decades of hazmat dumping on site.
