This quarter closes this week and we will have Q2 earnings the first week of August. In the past we had our big RIF 2 weeks before earnings were announced. July 12th would make sense, it's the day before a payday.

What about Charlotte? Anyone heard anything? Everybody knows that they are closing the South Park building, but has anybody heard of any departments in charlotte getting the boot this week?
Yes, the stories that have circulated are about lots of small layoffs vs one big one. They don't have to report that to the state and pay out generous separation packages. I don't know what that means for offices, teams, etc. IT is taking a big hit I'm not sure what else they can outsource?
