china will keep delaying approval till july 25, forcing qualcomm to pay 2 billions to nxp and close merger efforts.. china has announced so, when it told qualcomm to refile submission with mofcom due to insufficient changes necessary to secure competition in china market... Qualcomm cannot discount any further, else there is no point in having merger, so qualcomm nxp will not happen ( 110% sure).

I have set an alarm on Thursday. D-day.
Nxp deal is related to ZTE deal, since ZTE is done, they approve tomorrow or Tuesday.
China regulators likely to approve the deal before this Thursday. Print my words. China send a message to corporates it still business friendly for investors. Nxp is EU company, China wants good relationship with them.
I guess so too but how do you know so sure?
