These meetings has nothing to do with a layoff.
Listen, my group works with assignment sometime and they are helpful yet we don’t ask them about orders being in cust action, notify cust, etc. our departments are the dumping grounds. You don’t know something, you place them on hold, and then transfer to another department. Assignment does more than you know as does our group. We don’t have time to assist you with this stuff. Assignment makes sure that the customers are getting orders installed correctly, and that there is no problem like bad debt, flipped accounts, etc. Before you say that, perhaps you need to walk in the feet of the other department. If you see what we go through on a daily basis, then you will see why we become irritated. If you all treated our departments with success, speak with your supervisors, and call us when it is a legitimate reason, we would be more apt to help.
Oh i don’t call for dumb--s sh--. I actually understand the scope of your position, but some of y’all will argue over the smallest things when all I care about is getting the customer in service. So few people at windstream are customer centric
Unhelpful b!tches?!? Stop calling Assignment for DA sh--. We deal with a bunch of lazy a-- helpless people everyday. We’re sick of it. Use your tools or ask your supervisor. We ain’t the damn help desk.
Well the Southpark building is closing in a few months.
If it’s assignments, hopefully they’ll fire all the unhelpful b--ches that work there.
I have heard nothing, but I think it is funny that everywhere Tony hits the place is sure to go. I heard Greeneville, and he was there a few ago.
