Outsource TT and his Zombies to India and the stock will rocket back up to $10 - Wall Street will know then there are better people in India who can run the company instead of the useless clowns.

The India CEO will make no more than $50,000, and his minions will make less - the company will save a lot of money not allocating this huge chunk to these clueless people and their Golden Parachutes - and the company will then be able to free up more money to upgrade the ancient equipment.

WIN-WIN for Wall Street, the real employees who do work that keeps the company running, and the customers, not so for TT and his Zombies....

The talent you out pushed out the door in October is outrageous. This will fail and the upper management that pushed this thru will move on to mess up another company! Windstream will be stuck with the huge mess!

Windstream will get worse with IBM. IBM doesn’t care of Windstream, They just care about how much they will get from windstream. Moving hardware to IBM changing licensing with what the have right now , more issue , later then Windstream will find itself stuck with alot with IBM . It will get worse. Good luck customer

"There are issues where before it would take 15 minutes to take care of a password or to call to sort out an IT problem, that now goes through much longer process, this huge workflow, and ends up being like 3-5 days because of all this management approval."

"We now have to train people from Argentina and India. It all has to be done step by step, show them screenshots and where to click. They'll get rid of us and hire up cheaper replacements.

"It's going to get worse after that transition. After we go home, all our tickets in the evening are supposed to go to India and Argentina. But when we arrive in the morning, all the tickets have been reassigned back to us. They don't know what to do."

As someone who has worked with an outsourced IBM help desk before this doesn't even seem good on paper lol

Just wait for something BIG to break. Everyone has that one employee on their team that KNOWS all of those undocumented tasks, features, and procedures. All of this sound great on paper but will fail in execution. There are way too many moving parts right now with all of those mergers. We have too much back office to make all of this happen on the next quarter. Good luck with your pipe dream Tony.

TLON would like for investors and employees to take a long term view of this miraculous growth story taking place before our eyes.
