Some of our techs really are sh--. I’m surprised that some of these people actually have jobs as technicians.
Then there are some I talk to that are meant for better things than windstream, but I feel like the dumb ones greatly outnumber them. I swear some of these technicians, especially from the south, can’t even form a complete sentence.

Very sad but very true. This needs to be posted on stream so that all the koolaid drinking bvttmunchers will actually see it.
Even tho we know they come to this site, read these posts, then post their own grainfed hors3sh1t.
That strictly depends on the talent (attacted by good pay). Windstream’s pay is sh-- for techs.... so you get sh-- bottom up.
The few remaining good techs just don’t have better options atm and do allllll the work.
