Figures From NR's presentation last month at JPMorgan conference. Dec 31, 2014 Net Debt -$97M Total Stockholder Equity - $625M .. These figures on March 31,2018 Net Debt - $127M Total Stockholder Equity - $550M Not to mention the ever increasing common share count.

Guess ph still not feeling the comfort cuz got his Lot in Carlton Woods back on the selling block for the 3rd time now for $900K. Purchased at $800K and county appraisal of lot @ $515K. Tending to think Woodlands must be losing some of its glamour. . Hurricane season on way and only 2 Months left in Summer buying season till school starts.
