Word today is that 38 TMs from Express and Property have been temporarily assigned to be CS and possibly some Express CAs to be temporarily assigned to be CSs as well.
Non optional OT continues to be the solution for the forseable future. Everyone is exhausted and miserable and no sign of slowing down.
First of all, we do have some quality CAs who work in Express who are trapped due to attendance points or the “stabilization” The crap hires comes from hiring gang like members via a phone interview in a certain Hub that messes up claims....All the time!
And back to the topic.....we got the same horse crap email yesterday too. “New one property team”. What is that?? Any insight.

How funny would it be if they went back a structure that is very much like what was in place before their wild re-org really messed this company’s claim operations up?
Tried to save money by hiring cheap administrative level employees to handle claims. CAs as the bulk of the claim handling operations does not work. It never has and it never will. They by definition cannot make tough decisions or handle tough conversations that need to go off their script. For some reason, whether it is new upper management or consultants, periodically the grand idea comes up to hire more para-prof to do more of the claims work, AND IT NEVER WORKS! So now customers are transferred around for the dumbest of reasons.
So now I’m sure old ways are going to be new again. We’ve already seen them backtrack a bit on their failed claims model (Total Loss anyone?).
Property TMs having meetings starting tomorrow to find out what the latest happy horseshit is about.
I think it is going to be a hearts and minds type of thing. They have alienated the workforce and need to try to get everyone to ignore what has taken place and get re-focused on work until the next re-org. Drink the koolaid. Leadership only wants what is best for you.
