And people are not posting update due to some fear about being tracked by the management and the IT people (everyone hates them though). I am so sad we are so silent, we should speak up more and let the management know that we cannot be pushed around and exploited the way they want to manipulate us, especially nurses. Rapid City Regional Hospital was one of the best but now it's changing and it's not that cutting edge any more.
