What is going on with Insite? I have been with this company for many years and never had a problem.I have been trying to put my Vacation and unavailable days in for 3 days! How can a company like Macys have such bad tech issues? Very poorly managed company ! Is anyone running this company??

I have to agree with all the comments on here. It's a very poorly run site along with the poorly run organization it has become today. The Macys of today is just a shadow of what it was years ago.
No problems at my store. Kiosks working fine and no one complaining.
It's your bandwidth....not theirs...
I have been trying for days also. This company's IT department s---s.
I was recently rehired as an on call after being laid off in February (part timer in jewelry). Had to go through all the paperwork and compliance training. The Ast forgot to have me sign off on one thing and a week later they are calling me to tell me if I don't sign off on it by today, I am terminated!. Well it was nearly impossible to get into insite that day and I told them so! They made me feel like I was incompetent on the computer (I'm not!). Finally got in, but boy it is very slow!
I have been trying for days to do the same thing. HR on insite has no idea what is wrong.
Out sourced development teams and incompetent leadership are to blame. 90% of the work is done in India. You should be happy it even works occasionally.
I think they are down for maintenance maybe until tomorrow. Even when they aren't down, I have a heck of a time getting in to the system, it's always slow.
Cheap company old systems.
