They laid off the JC director and are now rehiring as a L11 less than 4 months later. The associates are confused and trust in leadership decisions is close to zero. There is an exodus on the horizon. The leadership has made some terrible decisions and competent team members are getting ready to leave.

Tropicana is becoming laughable. Warehouse leadership is thin and weak. There is no connection with the union and the relationship continues to deteriorate as people quit management. It’s not possible to manage a site from Dallas or Chicago.
I was so glad when I got a package in February at Frito HQ. I am at a new company and being in a new environment you really begin to realize just how dysfunctional and toxic the culture at Frito is. You know it’s bad when your former co-workers still there tell you that you were the lucky one.
Not sure what JC is. Frito got rid of numerous B1 warehouse managers across the country and replaced them with L11 managers. Same spans and responsibilities and everything, just cut them down a level. Glad I got out when I did, the company is a shambles.
