While I agree with your thoughts on the frightening number of uneducated losers in management, you really shouldn't criticise ANY one's intelligence by spelling like a retard.
What I would like to see,is some of the ASM's being replaced.It's incomprehensible trying to figure out why some of these high school dropouts got there.There lips must be sore from kissing asses to get there.Our store manager himself,A College dropout,And said at one Associate meeting that he was greatull that waklmart hired him because other relaters wouldn't.Most Dep managers work hard and are great assets to the company.The lions share of ASM's are lazy cash in the trash managers. Sorry guys and gales it's the troth.I have seen them literally siting in the office playing games on there devices while they were being paged and not one responded.A couple of them So over weight they need a shooing cart to lean on to get into the store.walmarts low prices is what keeps them going not service.I don't like walmart but my wallet does,something to think about.And other relaters are catching up or surpassing there prices.Things could change fast walmart stores could close fast like sams club

Same here. We just read on Facebook that there were bringing the price change team and adding section work to the team and go back to zones
I am a dm, we spend our time processing freight, 2-3 times out of the week we are opening boxes, pulling plastic off the merchandise. Sorry state of affairs at Walmart.
