Only outsider like Octane would have cleaned up corruption and nepotism at QCOM
And octane is just starting here.
Anyhow, they are writting off $140M for 1.1k layoffs - that's your math - it costs them $130K to lay off an employee
so happy octane got shut out of qcom now after reading this
