Sounds like management is paying close attention to this post. They seem worried?!

For an ex employee you seem very interested and informed, also bitter.

All the talent has quit and gone somewhere else. Ncr s are through the roof. Only ones left are supervisors and losers because if they quit they will have to get a job where they might have to actually work. And most of them forgot how to.

The board of directors may choose to fire the CEO because he is not acting in the best interests of the company. This has happened before.

Upper management is playing musical chairs again.

New VP of Sales recently hired from FMC is Blake's college roommate from Texas Tech!

Pretty soon Blake's other friends will be hired to run HR once old Mike is gone!

Dril-Quip is to change name to Blake-Quip!!!

The people have had their say! The walkout is underway. 6 people resigned today. Left the company for more pay!

A mass resignation has already been staged. Blake doesn’t seem to care. Very few good people are left. DQ is a JOKE.

The only way we can change our compensation there is to stage a mass resignation. Manufacturing is a revolving door where they can't train replacements fast enough to replace the guy who just quit! All quitting at once cripples operations.

It took $32 million in sales to support Blake's salary and bonus. He made more in some quarters than DRQ did!

Oh, I've sampled his precious wine and will have to say it's at least 10% "dryer" than his competitors.

Blake is a very busy man. Making vino is hard work.

How the hell is Blake still there? He makes more than CEOs of comparable companies with larger revenue and profitability: Oceaneering, Forum Energy, Aker Solutions and Franks!

Get rid off him

I have seen several articles about how "remarkable" it was how DQ has never been in debt and always has excess cash in the bank. Think about it people, where do you think that 10% pay cut and loss of raises went ? It sure didn't go to charities.
