Old leadership out(wasn’t great) , inexperience taking over(throwing people in rolls they aren’t qualified for). Nobody left that actually knows how that product line should operate. Run while you can. Whoever can snatch up the technology could win the market just by getting rid of the under qualified people running it. Customers will find out soon enough that it’s a sham if they haven’t already. Truly a once great business that has been squandered away by little blue.

Its nae fun being thrown in a roll
Nothin fancy aboot BH Aberdeen buncha losers workin for peanuts and no pension. Laughing stock of industry.
Baker is a fabulous company highly respected in the industry and loved by oil companies. But too expensive and too fancy for their own shoes especially in Aberdeen. They should trim back on all the freebies, paying clients for h--kers, taking them for trips to world cup in Russia, trips to Dubai, etc
Problem waz stoneywood management were absolutely uselesss kept losing work losing revenue and didn’t know what they were doin so kicked these numties out and got Norway managers who knew the oil business.
Every oil city town in baker has local managers running the business except Aberdeen which has Norway managers 😂😂. Canna find a local manager who know aboot the oil business an edukated wha an embarassment
Lost 15 percent of the market share. Used to be the leader in the industry and might be number 3 now? Leadership consistently rewarded for poor performance. Doubt anyone would want to buy that POS!
Fracking losers loss all yer work anyways
Potential "snatchers" - BASF, Clariant, Ineos, Lanxess, Momentive, HB Fuller, Kraton, Westlake, Innospec, Henkel, and too many others to mention.
