Management is the BIGGEST issue in this company

Management is the BIGGEST issue in this company...for the past several years, several managers are only interested in their personal agenda....making the most money they can, it is not about improving the company and watching out for their employees. Many are concerned about their titles, VP, director, senior staff manager, staff manager, manager, supervisor...etc. Titles mean nothing when you have a failing company and a company that is in constant turmoil. Your employees are your biggest asset....your employees keep paying the price for your failed management teams! Wake the hell up, oops it’s too late!

I think the point about management is very relevant as to why cutbacks are happening. I would agree there is an over abundance of middle management, while great talent, especially technical talent is let go. For many customers the technicians are the only solid consistent they’ve had for years. So to the clap clap clap person, if you don’t like the content, Move On. This is not Facebook or Twitter. Shows your lack of professionalism, perhaps your in middle management at Windstream?
