Why are so many people leaving Revenue? There’s been a mass exodus over the last year since JN retired. This is not good news for the new guy.

Could be there is little to no direction. We don't tie out volumes. We don't get marketing involved in review of MARKETING invoices. Mistakes go on for years because nothing is reviewed. When work is turned in for review there is no feedback. Communication is one way, all fed down. We hire people into wrong positions who can't or don't want to understand rev acct. Supervisors and mgrs are never around because of all the useless meetings they're in. And last but not least, we have cliques. Especially between supervisors and immediate subordinates.
Maybe they should have stayed in Ardmore. Very little turnover. Happy employees who were skilled and appreciated working for a good company.
Noble probably does not need many people in revenue. Revenue’s are way down at Noble. And most likely going lower soon.
maybe the replacement from Ardmore is a prick with ears and nobody wants to work for him?
Could be because the decision makers don’t value the department. Revenue never gets the staff and resources they need to succeed.
