You should see the scores under a Todd Johnson VP. Clearly has given up and has no clue.
Total flop. Such a lost opportunity here. I know they are trying to make broad changes to respond but it is the direct action they are missing out on. People want to be heard. Take action !
You should reconsider your definition of a leader.
