It’s interesting how many positions ar open at Noble...some have been open for a while. Why are they having a hard time finding people to come work for them? Could it be their lack or stability? Could it be the fact that their turnover rate is ridiculous? Could it be that they pay below the market rate? Could it be the senior management teams? Could it be that good people don’t want to work there? Could it be all of the above?

Noble is beyond corrupt in revenue distribution to Royalty owners. Unbelievable deductions on royalties.
There are some bad apples in manager positions. Those who think that bullying their employees is the way to get respect. Upper management and HR choose to turn a blind eye, even when documentation is provided.

CFO is clearing out senior positions to give opportunities to younger people.
I heard from someone who got out who said their new boss said they got out just in time. Something is definitely happening you have high upper level VPs leaving.
It is definitely is all of the above. Would you leave another job to work at Noble? I wouldn’t. Nobody would. Noble has no chance at attracting quality talent. People know about Noble... no thanks.
