I left Avaya 3 yrs back.
Now they want me to join back.
Guess what I am offered double the salary on which I left them.(32L for Tech Lead)
It looks like a risk to join now.
What do you suggest?

Join man. Take 32l come and prepare here.. for your next big switch! Lots of new technologies to explore. Anyways there are no technical people in Pune except a handful in cm, sm team. So there's growth scope too. All the best. Just a word of advice.. learn boot licking if you wanna grow ;)
Company is in bad shape now. Suggest not to risk your career for salary.
32L is less. Existing tech leads in R&D are paid upto 39-40L at Avaya Pune. Negotiate well before joining.
Zero career prospects, company continues to cut costs. Run a mile.
Definitely not good time at Avaya. Leadership are in a kind of 'brain fade' which used to happen with Aussie cricket team often. When that happens, mistake happens and there is a justification of brain fade.
So if you only concern about salary and not your career then Avaya is best place for you. I would suggest join Avaya and welcome on-board.

I left due to low salary
Never ever do the same mistake.. you might get notified in next 6-8 months of hiring. I don't think leaders are committed to grow talent or retain it. In the current view company portfolio has no definitive outlook.. some acquisition here and there does little.
No wonder more layoff soon, symptoms a. No talks on salary increment yet b. Bosses visited US but no updates from them, they must be hiding updates

32lack is not a risk but this 32 lack will put your career at risk😂 if you have left 3 years back there must be some reason is that resolved? If not then no point in joining back again unless you are financial need.
Curious what is the full Tech title?
Also what is 32L?
