by employee voting?

I have an IQ greater than 160 and I got laid off. Does it mean Q does not deserve smart people any more ;) ?
Yea, but do you think I would depend on Q now to supply me with anything. They just gave a big FU to Facebook, Cloudflare and Microsoft.
I call that incompetence. Shareholders should fire SM and his "leadership" team. If the company had sold to AVGO, the share price would have been in the 70s or 80s. So Mr. asswipe talking about IQ - think about that. It wasn't about the Shareholders - it was about keeping his stupid sorry a-- in his CEO job as long as possible.
Don't you think any manufacturer of anything with 5G is going to factor in the Server fiasco and whole lot of "quit" in Q leadership when setting the mix of parts they buy.
Total incompetence in leadership - they should be fired. Yes, the company needs to lean up, but they also need to diversify. All they have done is prove they can't innovate and will draw failure from the jaws of success. Idiots.
CEO cannot be impeached. But shareholders can file a class action lawsuit against the board for keeping an incompetent CEO and causing damages to shareholders
You don't have to be a duck about it,. I know you're angry since today is your last day and all but show some respect for the restof us who still have to work.
Are you mentally retarded? The US is a capitalist society and a company is not a democracy. The company is owned by the stockholders, and they have the (indirect) power to appoint or fire CEOs.
If you think you have a huge portion of the employees behind you, organize a union, and then start a strike. That‘s your only option. But simply impeaching a CEO through an employee vote is impossible (as any non-idiot should realize), even in employee-friendly countries, e.g. in Europe.
Seriously, if you are still at Q, I worry about the company‘s future, because we need people with an IQ >70.
