All proudly stated by the majority that can understand what a full day of WORK really is!! Salary, Hourly, Union Reps, its all the same. There are a few out there that truly know what a days work really is, but every day, each shift, b--ches about what is expected, when its really nothing compared to the real world on the outside of the gates of 1 river rd. We fail, its because of all of those that want more money, do less work, and b--ch about it all day, every day !!!! Stan honestly doesn't want the place to fail or close, sadly before him, people where put in places that will make us fail, because they don't have a damn clue whats going on, beyond how they can make themselves look better every day! If Stan knew what was really going on each day on the floor, I think we would be short a few dozen salary folks fast, real fast!!! All these engineers and management staff that worked their way up through the fake ranks of The systems fake promotional programming scam is over for Schenectady. That is why key players in the management staff left for other options. The writing is on the wall the only thing left in Schenectady is the bar shop.
