Instead of being angry at our offshore counterparts as they have no choice in this change either, just spend that energy looking for another job. The one you have will not last. Conduent is just a business, not a family. You should have no expectation that they have a commitment to you.

They do not even type or send the emails themselves. All done by their 250k a year assistant.
A total DEAD END for any normal worker. LEAVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Not to mention nothing said about two big changes impacting thousands of employees: Buck divestiture and remote work policy. These people are so out of sync and uncaring about anything besides the title they have and the $$ in their pockets.
