If layoffs are going to happen, I would point to Wednesday 4/11. For some reason all district and regional staff are scheduled. Usually they all take off Wednesday’s in my region. Also earnings are coming out that day and we know the numbers will s---. Layoffs could help keep the stock from tanking anymore than it has.

This type of talk is exactly what we are talking about, Senior mgmt considers us idiots! Well news flash for you mr big mouth, without us you can’t get the job done! I put up with your nasty attitude because I get paid good money, I don’t care about you, bbb but I do care about the customers. I want to tell the customers the real truth but I’ll wait, the time will come.
So mr big mouth I do my job very well, I’m told everyday, so shut up and get off your butt and start working. You get paid to work not because you think your good looking, we all laugh at you and all the senior mgmt team that stands around trying to have that important look, lol.

Paranoid speculation is being kind, I'm tired of the blatant lies. I'd put the equity buyer near the top along with the firing of everyone at $14/hour and up.
One thing for sure, ST is now on the hot seat after 15 years... what a visionary with no tech knowledge; stock buybacks in the BILLIONS; constantly adding to the store count, need I go on? We have dinosaurs trying to run this outfit, including the old guard, if you know what I mean. Totally pathetic.
April 11 is over and no mass layoffs. Can we all agree that all of this paranoid speculation is getting out of hand?
Same here, district team here in the Southwest must be better than most, respect both ways, quite refreshing to say the least.
I rehired my department manager and she’s only making $1/hr less with no big responsibility as before. So for all of you trashing the company and DP, go screw yourselves. I love my district team.
