The latest rumor is that Citrix is planning to cut a bunch of benefits in lieu of layoffs that were moved/canceled because the info on them leaked and caused quite an uproar.
I'm trying to figure out if this is more wild guessing by folks bored at work or if there is some actual truth to this?
We are canceling contracts for cafeterias and will no longer subsidize lunches in 2019. Also, no more corporate mobile phone plans and snacks and sodas are being yanked. Finally we are installing standard coffee makers globally and ordering Folgers and Maxwell House to cut down on coffee costs. Just be prepared for these changes that were merely tiny benefits and won’t affect your paychecks.
Maybe the quality of the Santa Clara lunch will improve.
