The lack of empathy and caring is absolutely amazing. Like a bunch of hungry dogs waiting to tear out each others throats. It is unfortunate that people can't come together and support one another. Instead it ends up in bickering and back stabbing.

The question is "how long do you want to live like this?" If you are unhappy, make a decision to improve your skills to go get a job at a company that will value you. Liberty Mutual is hiring.

Only thing to do is leave. Easier said than done, especially if you are 45+. Like the Titanic, not enough life boats to save us all. I have no idea how execs sleep at night knowing what they are doing to peoples lives. I know I am tired of the sleepless nights worrying if I have a job tomorrow or not. All we can do is prepare to move on and when the time comes, walk away, give them the bird and begin a happy life after the farm!
They have nothing to lose. They are waiting patiently for people to quit/retire. Scare people out...save them the trouble of paying involuntary severance and unemployment.
And how long... Can't forget how long...
