You are correct, who cares. So let's do away with it and get a pay increase solely on merit, what one does for the company instead of b--ching because you don't get a raise for just showing up each day. Go somewhere else, leave, quit, who cares, you wouldn't be missed I am sure! You are just a parasite on the payroll. People that bring value and actually make a differance each day because they care and are productive employees, have received steady pay increases. It is the whiners, no loads, parasites, complainers that don't receive anything. Hey, take a hint, get off the titty and move on, go somewhere else. Heck, I am willing to put my pay raise on betting that you probibly still live with mom and dad. Grow up, grab your nut sack out of your mamas purse and move on.
