It seems like every important decision is made by HR, compliance or legal. This company has very little creative input from its associates.

HR is very weak, especially with the new head of HR who is not very strategic and just an order taker from the top.
My first 20 years 1975-1995 at Pepsi with different franchises, we got up every day and tried to kick the red teams a--. And we did. As years went by and we were purchased by larger franchises, and eventually Pepsico our decisions were made more by HR and Legal. We were then fighting the Red team with one hand tied behind our backs.
I don’t know about legal. They cannot seem to do much of anything these days.
