There are numerous real estate investors there that collect rental income. Smart idea really. Will be many prospective units to purchase unfortunately, although may be tricky find renters. Good luck to all

I have a main business and a side job as a Qualcomm engineer. You can do it, but need to do a few tricks like scheduling calls with yourself on Skype, carefully match your time in the office with your SVP, manage a portifolio of WFH, LET, NFW, waiting for package to arrive, attending meeting in bldg. N, appointment at consulate for visa, watching sick kid today, EDH, VAC, paternity leave, on business travel, flat tire, contractors at home, etc.
