Eskenazi clearly doesn't practice what they preach, firing high performing employees with multiple years of service without warning, but retaining low performing employees. Spinding resources on studer training and practicing the Old Wishard Way, no accountability and the same individuals running the boat and pony show, disrupting lives with no remorse. Simply BS!
