ALL companies now have learned that the HB-1 worker is cheaper and easier to manage over the post 50 employee.
This is the unwritten rule of today’s business.
At some point they will cross that age bridge.

Mostly agree, but it isn't limited to any particular age group. I used to enjoy working with this group of workers. I learned about and encountered some anti-American sentiment and mockery of American workers by these idiots either working here in the country or receiving a large paycheck overseas from the company located in America, and that changed everything.
