No severance for ET analysts?

They are being very careful to not mention any severance when it comes to analysts. There is no voluntary severance. Is there involuntary severance or is that out too?

They're going to need to be very careful with the conditions on this. There's a real risk of becoming understaffed if people can choose a severance package versus accepting their assignments (and having to stick with it for 12 months). I'm definitely seeing a change of mindset from cut cut cut to worrying about stability

I can see it being limited to those that get no assignment or job offer in another location. So if you're in an understaffed or maintain role, I wouldn't count on it

In official communications to this point, they've only said that there is not an approved 'transition plan' at this time. Transition plan is the term they use for voluntary/involuntary severence packages. They said the form IT people filled out would inform next steps. There could still potentially be a severance package but we'll have to wait to find out.

They lost too many competent managers to a severance and good job market. They don't want the same thing to happen at the analyst level.
