New Job Postings

Always makes you feel warm and fuzzy when they start advertising jobs that they laid people off from.

Many of us are leaving because January's cuts were too steep, and any trust we had in execs' decison-making skills are looong gone. Tah dah! Now we are doubly understaffed. Now hiring!

Typical lack of strategy execution below the Exec level, When all the decisions are made at the top. They have no idea what it takes at the lower levels of the company to make things run. Very short sighted to focus on cost cutting first without streamlining or understanding all aspects of the business. Now they have gaps that need filling. Good luck hiring into that sinking ship. Costs will only sky rocket as no one with half a brain would go to work there (unless they s---). Then they will get overpaid hacks who can’t do the work and the rest of the people who can will leave because of the overpaid new hire. It’s a vicious cycle that doesn’t end well. Good luck to those that remain. It’s not your fault no one asks until it’s too late. More and more critical tasks are falling on less people. Something is going to get screwed up just hope it’s not the financials like last year.
