Occidental is going to buy our swampland campus and we will reorganize and move into EC4. Management has noticed that for similar size companies we have 3 to 4 times and many employees so you better make yourself useful. It appears current thinking is that there is enough to do reorganizing into a more centralized efficient company without uprooting everyone in Bartlesville so only minimal transfers and disturbance for them this year. Bartlesville will be on deck for next yearl meaning more fun and layoffs next year. Don't they realize we just want to get it over with and get back to work in a normal environment?

Oh wait for it......its coming....we got rid of the campus and, oh, we don't have enough room in EC, we'll need to find space somewhere else......and the company is back to where it began, spread everywhere......some companies call it Strategic Planning - maybe our executive will read about it one day and implement it.......
