So slow. How many policies have we lost

Been in Auto Estimatics a long time. I have never seen it this slow. Tax time always gets slow but not like this. All over the country coast to coast. Well done leadership is executing their plan to a t.

It's not just us, though. Shops are saying that it's industry-wide.

The only thing surprising is that State Farm has been so slow to make any changes. Insurance relationships are a thing of the past.

There is always the opportunity to offset those revenue losses with the dismissal of a few high cost salaries. This is what most companies do. They fire those in charge that do not produce results. Instead of letting go of the masses they make a point to let those with the Leadership failures go or minimally go first.

Claims have dropped sinificantly. Lowest in 5 years. We are losing customers everyday

Staff estimators are being forced out as the company continues to send as much work as they can to select service shops, pocket estimates, open shop etc. and. Combined with policy holders leaving like the place is on fire, yes it’s slow.

For the first 2 1/2 months of the year, we lost just about 185,000 auto policies. That comes up to just under 2500 policies per day, every day! Remarkable!
