Skokie SM walked out

Our Store Manager was walked out the other day. He put in his 2 weeks then proceeded to be treated like a criminal. Unreal!

Yes , right! BBB is known for being nasty to their employees daily unless someone is watching! They even tell you to be quite!

I’ve seen employees steal and be arrested in front of the whole store the. I’ve seen others steal more and they are let walk out and don’t get arrested, it depends on your s-x and race, yes that’s right they do that, this is common practice. I find it way out if bounds, take them to court ! Same treatment for everyone and don’t steal, same for customers, they just let them walk right out then yell at the SM and the line. BBB is messed up.

This has happened before. NEVER put in your two week notice with BBB if you are a SM, ESPECIALLY if you’re on PIP because you will be asked for your keys immediately. A SM in our district had been placed on PIP by our DM (who has no business being in a position of power) and when he put his two week notice in the SM was asked for his keys the same day. This same SM eventually ended up going to court over unethical practices happening in the workplace and BBB settled. This SM was singled out for calling out unethical behavior by the DM and on the next review cycle he goes from “exceeds expectations” to “doesn’t meet expectations”. Unfortunately this happens and I’ve witnessed it first-hand.
