Tipsord's message and the mental health of employees

In the message he put out he said he knew when he became CEO he would have to make huge cuts that impact people. Did he consider how they impact people?

I've heard of an attempted suicide that went right back to Vivify and pre-existing mental health issues. The stress of losing lots of money in a move to a hub(bought a house in the great market during ICP and now will get pennies for it), combined with the stress of moving away from a place you love to a hot and way more expensive one. Your 4000sqft house with a 10 minute commute turns into a 1500sqft house with a 40 minute commute.

I hope Tipsord is only here to be the bad guy cleaning house, because he isn't the leader we want or in my opinion deserve.

Anyone who attempts suicide over this already has bigger issues. Not SF or Tipsord's doing.

I'm in the same boat as the previous poster. Wiped out by Vivify. My last day is this coming week. Looking forward to a very long vacation, even though I'm already interviewing and will likely land something within the next month or so.

@SlBUDr4-1kcn "Vivify" is the project name that is cutting all the jobs in Systems, ISD, and Digital. I was Vivified as i was teleworker. 21 years and excellent rates...but none of that mattered. CDE was the project a few years ago that created the ISD dept that is now bring widely wiped out.

What is “Vivify” and CDE? (I’m in claims and only see these here and on other comment boards.)

These executives have no idea what they are doing. That is clear, as the evidence proves. If they had any idea what they were doing, CDE would not have happened.

They keep turning to consultants because THEY don't have any ideas. Worse still, they don't have any idea how to evaluate the ideas of consultants. So all we get is one failed re-org after another.

This is obvious to most by now. How is it not obvious to the board?

If you're in Atlanta make that a 1- 1 1/2 hr commute, both ways, on many days.

Everyone is different, but I opted out Thursday and feel better than I have in a while. SF no longer gets to stress me out wondering what’s next.
