Well, it seems like the asm's could care less or basically don't give a crap. The freight-morons put stuff everywhere but never where it is supposed-to be and no one seems to follow-up and keep track of them. So, we have to clean up after them and then do our own work. it's a disaster and nothing ever changes.
Oftentimes, I spend 4-5 hours on returns and freight and there is not enough time for irp's or if I do accomplish everything, I feel like I have been through the wringer. Needless to say, the place looks like a pig-sty and the customers don't get the help they expect and the managers yell at us as though it is our fault, because who else are they going to blame?
