Anyone know who is making the decisions for Proximity?

Well I know your manager will have no say in it as that’s what mine told me. My guess all metrics, ratings and zip codes.
All I hear is that this is being done at Corporate by a committee. There is no local involvement including at the DM level. With our luck it has been outsourced....
