Maybe a union wouldn't change much, but at least the world would know WFM didn't go down without a fight from TMs.
i’m getting laid off and will be hiding literature on unions in TM areas just to sit back and watch leadership freak out :]
Unions just protect lazy people and take your money. So you would be stuck working with sh-- bags and they would get the same raises as someone doing an excellent job.

Depends on where you live. States that are Right to Work can fire with a reason or no reason at all. Not a lot can be done. Class action lawsuit is a crap shoot. Whatcha gonna do???
